How much is delivery?

Delivery is FREE for most of our bikes. Kids bikes below £100 will be charged £9.99, as will BMX's and folding bikes priced at under £100. Adult bikes below £125 will be charged £12.50.

Delivery charges may be different to certain parts of Scotland, please ring or email us with your address, if you live in the Highlands.

How long will delivery take?

Our normal delivery time is 48 hours, (2 working days), Mondays to Fridays (8am til 6pm) providing your item is in stock.

"Working Days" excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays

If your selected item(s) is not in stock we will contact you to inform you before processing your order.

If you elect to pay by cheque, please allow an additional 5 working days from our likely receipt of your cheque for the payment to clear.

Do you deliver to non-mainland UK addresses?

No, we only deliver to the mainland.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Sorry, we can only deliver to UK addresses.

Do you deliver on Saturdays?

No, sorry.

Will someone need to be in to sign for the bike/bikes?

Yes, the delivery driver will need a signature for the goods.

What if no one is available to sign for the goods?

The delivery driver will attempt to re-deliver the goods the next working day. A card may be left to inform you of this.

What happens if there is still no one in after the second delivery attempt?

A card is usually left by the delivery driver to inform you that the goods have been taken back to your nearest depot for collection.

Will I be informed prior to delivery of the estimated delivery date?

Yes, we will inform you by email (and text message if you wish) of the estimated delivery date.

Do I need to assemble my new bike?

All bicycles are between 75% and 95% built already, so only a minimal amount of time and effort is needed to complete the final assembly. Expect to spend between 10 & 30 minutes to complete the bike.

Do I need any special skills to assemble my bike?

No, the factory has already done all the hard work for you! Instructions are provided with every bike to make the job easier.

Do all your bikes come with a warranty?

Yes, all our bikes are covered by a full manufacturer's warranty of at least 1 year.
